The experience was great the staff was very caring and compassionate and very helpful. The office was very close to home and work. Also the whole office was very clean.

Had a lot of trouble with scripts over the last few months. Recently they changed my one medication but called in the old one saying that’s the only one they have on file 2 days later the pharmacy calls with the new script it’s a constant run around. Also can’t get the doctor in my chart to ask any questions.

Rebecca the coordinator would rather argue back then to take accountability If I’m late to an appointment you’ll cancel my appointment If a provider is 40 min late I have to deal with that and reschedule that’s absolutely absurd especially when I’m extremely busy and at this point extremely irritated For someone who’s busy and takes one day out the month for appointments and you are late and then give me a million reasons as to why that’s completely not okay and I don’t care for the excuses You want grace give your patients grace especially if we are arriving 30 min early I’ve been coming here for 13 years and it’s the same thing every single damn time

Honestly don’t even bother coming here. Any concerns I had brought up were brushed off as no big deal and the doctor I saw clearly picked the “easier to solve” issue out of the list of symptoms to focus on and tried to skew the appointment AND what I was saying as if that was the root of my issue when it isn’t. She also had brought 2 other people into the room without my consent or asking first, a male supervisor and the office head of psychiatry. The head of psychiatry did a horrible job at hiding the fact that she was clearly trying to gauge my mental state and behaviors, which I really did not appreciate and really did not help me feel taken seriously. The one tech in charge of my blood pressure during a poorly executed “test” fumbled with the machine and cuff for the longest time and didn’t get an accurate reading. She (and I heard her say this out loud) just picked a reading at random because she “liked how it sounded better”, when it was one she took when squeezing the cuff and holding it on my arm so it doesn’t pop off. She left the machine on and running while on the computer, not even needing my BP anymore, causing my hand to go purple and for that arm to be sore for the
